Dr. Julie Miranda is a board-certified chiropractor who has proudly served the Clermont, Florida community for the past 15 years. A lifelong resident of Clermont, she graduated from South Lake High School in Groveland before earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Psychology. She then went on to graduate cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida in 2010, earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Miranda was a competitive dancer at Shooting Stars Performing Arts Center in Clermont, where she later taught as an instructor. That experience gave her a unique perspective on the demands athletes place on their bodies, as well as the importance of proper movement, strength, and recovery. Today, she draws on that background to better understand and care for patients of all ages and activity levels.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Miranda has studied with some of the world’s leading scoliosis researchers and trained in a wide range of techniques, including Chiropractic BioPhysics, Pettibon, the Palmer Package (Diversified, Thompson, Drop Table, ArthroStim), Kinesiotaping and cranial work. She provides care for patients across all stages of life—prenatal, infants, children, adults, and families—using a whole-body approach that focuses on identifying and correcting the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
Passionate about helping people heal naturally, Dr. Miranda emphasizes drug-free, non-surgical approaches to care. She is known for truly listening to her patients, believing their experiences, and empathizing with their pain. Her customized care plans combine state-of-the-art therapies with corrective exercises to deliver fast relief while also restoring long-term health and stability. Patients often describe her office as a place where they feel like family—never just a number.
Outside the office, Dr. Miranda has been happily married to her husband, Kendry, for four years. Together, they are raising their 10-month-old daughter, Sophia. Deeply rooted in Clermont, Dr. Miranda is grateful every day for the opportunity to give back to the community she loves by helping individuals and families live healthier, pain-free lives.
